    Intrusion - A 3CP Attack/Defend map that centers around preventing doomsday

    On the coast of a jungle island, a secret RED "office" is intercepted by BLU.
    As the mercenaries infiltrate, they discover the secret RED holds. Vast loads of weapons shipments, spytech equipment deep down into the Earth, medical experiences gone wrong (and that eez how I lost my medical license), and the most important of all, missiles capable of mass destruction.

    In fact, the countdown for the doomsday rocket has started ticking down. If BLU fails to capture all the control points, the missile will launch and the end of the world will be upon us (yes, even you Merasmus). Each captured control point adds extra time to the doomsday timer, and capping the third point will stop the launch! Will BLU be able to do it? Or will RED's mercenaries defeat them first?

    please turn down the bloom effect, too bright
    the waterfall ambient sound is very loud
    some stairs doesn't have clipping
    also you spam alot of props
    you map looks pretty cool, although overscaled and make no sense
    (that house you copy from cp_dustbowl, really standout from the rest)

    1. Already dealing with tonemap issues, will be fixed for next release. Right now, set mat_hdr_level to 1 to reduce the intensity.
    2. Fixed for next release (which will actually come out later today).
    3. Clipping won’t happen until detailing is finished around C (at least, for the stairs around C).
    4. Prop spam may occur in a few areas, but it is mostly to provide cover and balance gameplay. Haven’t gotten it tested on an imp yet, so I will wait to see what others think. Any specific areas?
    5. What do you mean, makes no sense? The theme?

    -Fixed steam around C not appearing
    -Fixed glitched Areaportal
    -Fixed Displacement Leaks
    -Fixed Alarm not playing

    ...oh dear. There are quite a few missing textures, especially on overlays and models. You're also using the birthday ball, which glitches out every time it's hit. You should probably remove that.

    Very strange... yet other props from Oceanic and Construction went in fine... seems to be that the textures somehow got corrupted in the file. Will fix it for next release, thanks.

    -Renamed Redstone Ridge to Intrusion
    -New Water, Jungle Enclosure, and Spawn.
    -Changed Gamemode from 3CP to 2CP
    -A had been removed, B now becomes A and C now becomes B.
    -Moved RED's Forward Spawn Closer
    -Fixed Various Bugs and Exploits.

    Those are old screenshots. Just haven't inserted the new ones yet. The bloom was turned down in the latest update.

    Even if you're only repacking the map, you still have to change the version string, otherwise people that have downloaded the old version will be shut out of servers for having a mismatched map.

    You say this will be the last beta yet you've still got lots of dev textures around last? I'd recommend holding off on RC, you may end up doing quite a few RC updates which could definitely be spent in Beta refining it.

    You might be right. May be better to push one more beta out with the finished detailing.

    As for the clipping issues, those will be patched for the next update, the clipping isn’t 100% final.

    The suggestions involving the floor texture, the door, and overlays will probably be changed later on, just those were mostly leftover textures from the previous version.

    The rest will be fixed for next update, of course.

    Thank you so much for all the feedback, it makes it much easier to develop. (btw new screenshots coming later, those ones on the download are old)
